IN DEPTH COACHING
Our initial meeting takes place via video chat. You can choose from various packages, depending on your needs and budget.

DETECT WHAT'S REQUIRED
In the initial consultation we will analyze your situation, define reachable goals and together we will decide which package suits you & your needs best.
COACHING-PHASE
Our coaching then begins, where you get closer to your goals from session to session.
REFLECTIVE COACHING

The reflective coaching takes place in a single session lasting approx. 2-4 hours and is finished as such.

Together we will reflect on your current life situation, regardless if it is your job, a relationship with others or with yourself.

In the first part of the reflection coaching, i will lead you through an in-depth process of questions and reflection in order to work out background and dynamics of your situation or relationship in great detail.

The second part is about you asking me all your questions and i will help you with appropriate behavioral advice whatever your situation.
PREMIUM COACHING - PACKAGE

10 intense in depth coaching hours over a period of 1 - 3 months

THE coaching package for you if you don't just want to understand your limited patterns of thinking, feelings and behavior, but also really want to work through and solidify them.

After each session, you will receive further tasks and implementation advice that will help you integrate the made progress from the coaching sessions into your everyday life.

ELITE COACHING - PACKAGE

I will personally accompany you through your process for 6 months.

Up to three coaching sessions per week, no time limit in our sessions.

Kick-off session in the first session to identify key leverage points.

Does this coaching suit me?
Yes, as long as you have a normal level of resilience and no serious, untreated traumas that require psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment. I will support and accompany you professionally on your path in life, but i wont live your life for you. If you are motivated to genuinely work on yourself, my coaching can be of great success for you.
