I am George Koutloubassis, and I have lived tennis my entire life. For over two decades, I have been a professional – first as a player, and today as a coach at the highest level. Throughout my career, I have coached players at all the major tournaments around the world – including Wimbledon, Roland Garros, the US Open, and the Australian Open.

It is no mystery - success starts in your mind. The ability to handle pressure, setbacks, and mental struggles often determines victory or defeat – both in sports and in everyday life. For that exact reason, I have been deeply interested in the human psyche, and further developed my knowledge through a degree in General Psychology, which I successfully completed in 2023.

 

Nowadays, I work as a tennis coach, consultant, and mental coach – with one goal in mind: not only helping athletes but anyone who wants to grow mentally, unlock their full potential, and handle challenges efficient and strong in everyday life.

YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK

You are not emotionally unstable or mentally weak when facing difficulties at work, with colleagues, other people or when it comes down to perform under pressure. To keep it short, you have not been trained to consciously control your emotions, habits, your mind and it's structure. Obviously there is no developing those aspects, if you don't target and train them specifically. I have good news though: These skills can be trained – with patience, practice, and a clear structure. No quick “30 days to more self-confidence” promises, but real, in-depth work on yourself.
